All services provided by ProWebscape may be used for lawful
purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any
information, data or material in violation of any United States
Federal, State or City law or International law is prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material,
material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material
protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ProWebscape from any
claims resulting from the use of the service which damages
the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited
on all our servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual
content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also
true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content
that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on
the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links: Pirated software,
Hacker's programs or archives, Warez Sites, IRC Bots,Mp3.
Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background
. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and an extra
charge will be incurred based on system resources used and
operational maintenance needed. Contact hostmaster@ProWebscape

Commercial Advertising - E-mail
Spamming, or using an e-mail address that is maintained on
a ProWebscape machine for spamming, is STRICTLY prohibited.
ProWebscape will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes
a violation of this provision.
ProWebscape shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not
a violation of these acceptable use policies. ProWebscape
reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and
for any reason that causes harm to any ProWebscape customer's
web sites.
ProWebscape reserves the right to delete all content and files
upon termination. ProWebscape reserves the right to withhold
any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of
these policies. ProWebscape reserves the right to refuse,
cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
ProWebscape reserves the right to change these Policies without
prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these
Policies does not constitute consent.
All complaints will be investigated promptly.
